OPENING THE FILING CABINET

The Civil Justice Centre in Manchester was the first major court building to be constructed in the UK since The Royal Courts in 1882.

Designed by Australian architects Denton Corker Marshall the building has won a multitude of prestigious awards and was shortlisted for the RIBA Sterling Prize of 2008.

Alma was commissioned to produce an image-led commemorative book using the stunning images of photographer Daniel Hopkinson.

This book was highly commended in the McNaughton Design Awards.
