MAKE ARCHITECTS PLAY

Make Architects asked Alma to come and play when they designed an arena for the London 2012 Olympic Games.

PLAY: SPORT, LEISURE & CULTURE ARCHITECTURE IN LONDON.

International architectural practice Make is earning a good reputation for its design of sports and leisure buildings and playing an important role in the London 2012 Olympics. The practice is responsible for the design of the ‘Copper Box’, host to the handball tournament and the Paralympic goalball competition and one of four permanent venues in the Olympic Park.

To help promote this venue, Alma was commissioned to create a magazine that showcases Make’s other work in this sector as well as demonstrating the practice’s enthusiasm and passion for sport and entertainment events. The brochure combines magazine-style features and content with great design and imagery to create a publication that ensures Make stands out from the crowd.

PLAY was awarded ‘Highly Commended’ at the ICMA Awards.
