ALMA has been chosen by Land Securities to publish a regular news magazine to chart and promote its joint development (with Caddick Developments) of the Trinity Leeds retail quarter of Leeds city centre.
Delivering in 2010, this £650m project will link join two of the city’s largest shopping centres to create a new retail and leisure destination - this will move Leeds up to fourth place in the UK’s retail league taking it above Manchester.
Alma will publish the official project magazine four times per year throughout the development - combining lettings news with articles on modern retailing, shopping centre design and consumer trends. Both the development and centre management teams will use the titles to enthuse and inform current and future retail tenants.
